Cocktail Hour
The Red Room · First Floor
Doors open at five. Find the Red Room, find a drink, find someone you haven't seen in years.
Together with their families
One evening, five acts
Everything happens under one roof — no shuttles, no scramble. Here's how the evening moves.
The Red Room · First Floor
Doors open at five. Find the Red Room, find a drink, find someone you haven't seen in years.
Main Dining Room · Second Floor
Seated dinner upstairs, under the chandeliers. You pick your entrée when you RSVP — we're holding you to it.
Main Dining Room
Short speeches. We promise. Then the floor opens and it does not close.
Second wind, delivered on trays
This is the part people are still talking about in March. Lift the lid if you want to know.
A bar. Nearby. Soon.
For anyone who isn't done. Tick the box on your RSVP and we'll send you the address.
The Red Room, five o'clock
Four on the signature list, plus a full bar for the traditionalists.

The Venue
A private club since 1889, with the marble, oak, and chandeliers to prove it. Cocktails start in the Red Room on the first floor. Dinner is upstairs in the Main Dining Room. Follow the gold — and the noise.
Address
Toledo, OH 43604
Parking
Street and lot parking nearby. It's January — take the valet.
Non-negotiable, lovingly
Tuxedos, dinner jackets, dark suits. Floor-length or elegant cocktail. It's January in Ohio — bring the good coat. There's a coat check.
Do
Black tie, dark suits, gowns, velvet, sequins, a truly excellent shoe. The Toledo Club has never once been underdressed. Neither should you.
Maybe don't
Both grooms are in dark suits, so the field is wide open — but leave head-to-toe white to the tablecloths.
Encouraged
You're absolutely allowed to match the wedding. In fact, please do. There will be photographs.
Stay downtown, cab home
All of these are a short ride from the club. Book early — and mention the wedding if a block is listed.
Room block · Recommended
444 N Summit St. The grand one — rooftop bar, big rooms, and where most of the out-of-towners will land.
Reliable
101 N Summit St. Clean, modern, river views. The zero-surprises option.
Bring the family
101 N Summit St. Suites with kitchens, same building as the Hilton Garden Inn. Good for a weekend, not just a night.
Bring the group
Airbnbs and lofts in the Warehouse District if you're coming as a crew and want a kitchen and a couch.
Getting around
Uber and Lyft run well downtown all night. Valet is at the front door on 14th. Use it.
Flying in
Toledo Express (TOL) is 25 minutes out. Detroit Metro (DTW) is an hour and has everything.
The reason you're here
Short version: we met, we stayed. Come drink to it.

Prove you know us
Six questions. The winner gets bragging rights and a seat at dinner. So does the loser, but still.
Final score
0/6
Midnight, somewhere close
We're locking in a bar within stumbling distance of the club. Tick the after-party box on your RSVP and the address lands in your inbox before the wedding. If you'd rather be asleep, we understand, and we're judging you gently.

Five o'clock. Dinner is seated at six and the doors close when service starts — if you're running late, aim to be in your chair by 5:50.
All of it. Cocktails in the Red Room on the first floor, dinner and dancing in the Main Dining Room upstairs. You won't need your coat until you leave.
Your code knows exactly how many seats are yours — it'll show them when you unlock the RSVP. If we got it wrong, say so in the notes and we'll fix it.
Named guests only, and every name is listed on your RSVP. It's a late night in a private club, so most families are treating this as a night off.
Valet at the front door on 14th Street. Street and lot parking exist, but it's January in Toledo — take the valet or take a Lyft.
Your presence, and your presence on the dance floor at 11pm. If you insist on more, a link is coming here soon.
It's Toledo in January. Assume cold, possibly snow, definitely a coat. Coat check is right inside the door.
There is. It's printed on your invitation. Type it anywhere on this page — or into the RSVP box — and the house band shows up.
